I used to be one of those anal anti technology no facebook people...you known the healthy mental folks. I used to have it all, yes i did.
Seriously though.....i still hold those 6 months dear to my heart....and dream about getting there again...the funny thing is...its available to you 24/7. Unfiltered unadulterated pure engagement with the real world, physical world ( gah its a shame you even have to say that). But as this blog shall prove the world is a changed place...and even the most dedicated rebels shall be turned to the darkside soon enough. I certainly have been. Oh yeah those 6 months.
San Francisco fresh off the boat ...there i was , trying to make, trying to survive...trying not to have to turn around , leave this paradise i saw before my eyes, and go back to Georgia to live. EEK. Turns out not so bad...but that wouldve been then. To look back at those 3.5 years an imagine all those experiences being erased...and being replaced with Alpharetta or Atlanta experiences. BLAHHHHHHHHHAHHHHHHHHH AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So anyway ill just tell you in one sentence then elaborate later so i can just get this shit out. I lived the first 6 months in San Fran..cisco without a smart phone, or computer. I had text messaging ...and a cell phone.....some image texting......that was it. I had an ipod for music. I went to the library once a week Inner Richmond right off Geary to get on a computer (if i needed to look something up). Damn i miss that Neighborhood DAMNNNNNN!!!! SUnlight beaning on bright white garage doors. Open sidewalks.....DAMNNNNNNNNNNNNNN THat heat.....FUCk.....those festivals>>>>AAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (so its official....after thinking about how good it felt ....like candy good.....mmmmm not that sickly though...i dunno just brain pleasure good....to look at random gaming websites after not being on the internet for like 2 weeks or 1. Damn it was this whole world.....ITs totally addictive...or rather i am totally prone to addiction or not having good regulation to things that invoke a strong pleasure response in me. ))..)
I once painting plein air , a picture of baker beach....i would walk from my place down to baker....well one way on the bus....Crazy walk though....BUT FUCK THAT AIR on my way home......HOLY FUCKINGG SHITTTTTTT. JEZZZZZZZZZZ. JIZZZZZZZ......That was fucking crazy. Markets.....Stores......walking......apartment streets....no tall buildings.....PARK ACROSS THE FUCKING STREETTttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTtttt.
